Sun Trust Executive Floor
The 21,000 square foot build-out included Executive Offices, Video Conference Rooms, Committee Room, Executive Boardroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, and various Conference and Meeting Rooms.

SunTrust EIS
The SunTrust EIS project consisted of 15 floors (250,000 SF) of tenant buildout. The build back of the spaces included new ceiling grid and tile, new drywall partitions, carpeting, vinyl flooring, rubber base, plastic laminate millwork, solid surface tops, painted walls, floor to ceiling Walltalker in each office and huddle room, new supplemental water source heat pumps, new custom lighting and energy efficient lighting control systems.

The Bean Counter at 191 Peachtree Tower
Located in the main lobby of 191 Peachtree in Downtown Atlanta, the Bean Counter is a coffee shop serving the building tenants and the general public.

The Rainmaker Group
This 18,743 square foot office is defined by its modern motif combining a mixture of open ceilings, angled and curved sight lines utilizing stone, glass and painted partitions finished in a monochromatic pallet with splashes of accent colors.

The Terraces North & South
Extensive upgrades and renovations for the new owners of the classically designed eleven-story North and South Terraces open atrium buildings. Humphries added new stone flooring throughout the buildings, a new lighting package, planter and fountain modifications, twelve elevator cabs and control panels, eighty-eight restrooms, sixteen building corridors.

Troutman Sanders
Humphries built this original seven-floor space in the early 1990’s and over the years have expanded the building an additional five full floors, including a rework of what was formerly a bank executive floor.

VeenendaalCave
A five time repeat client, this full floor space was an expansion on approximately half the floor, remodel of existing occupied portion of the floor and a renovation of the elevator lobby that once was a common lobby for multitenant use.
