Formed in 1981, Humphries and Company General Contractors began as an interior general contractor. Today, that focus remains the backbone of our business and has earned us a reputation for quality, consistency, and customer sensitivity.
Our experience includes office space of all types, call centers, switch and data centers, clubs, medical offices, law firms, securities firms, and base building repositioning.
Humphries is dedicated to forming strong teams with our subcontractors, owners, tenants, design professionals, and project managers to ensure successful completion of every project. A large part of our success is due to the steadfast relationships formed with our quality subcontractors. We also place a premium on process and communication. Through weekly job meetings, detailed meeting notes, action item lists, RFI and material tracking logs, and schedules, we seamlessly manage every job with “no surprises” results. Our client success stories prove that our methodology is the most valuable service we bring to every project, regardless of size or market sector.
The Humphries and Company team includes our Managing Partners, Chief Operations Officer, Controller, Business Developer, Pre-Construction Manager, Project Managers, and other support staff. Our field, however, is the strength of the company and includes a large number of Superintendents and an extensive team of skilled carpenters. Having a large field crew allows us to properly support each job, meet tight schedules, and maintain our quality standards. Our team is assisted by our General Superintendent and supported by our Purchasing Manager and other field support personnel.
