Located in a new Buckhead office building, Humphries’ scope included the construction of an 11,000 square foot restaurant with a 4,000 square foot kitchen consisting of separate pastry/bakery kitchen, prep kitchen, pasta kitchen, sixty linear foot cooking line from France, and over 7,000 square feet of dining rooms and custom bar area. Humphries completed two additional renovations of the existing restaurant to reposition for the changing market.
