The SunTrust EIS project consisted of 15 floors (250,000 SF) of tenant buildout. Construction included complete demolition of each floor. The build back of the spaces included new ceiling grid and tile, new drywall partitions, DIRTT glass walls, sliding and swinging doors at office fronts, huddle and conference rooms, carpeting, vinyl flooring, rubber base, plastic laminate millwork, solid surface tops, painted walls, floor to ceiling Walltalker in each office and huddle room, new supplemental water source heat pumps, new custom lighting and energy efficient lighting control systems. Base building restrooms were renovated and an ADA Restroom was added on each of the floors. Construction included building out a MDF room and IDF Rooms on each of the floors. The project was designed and constructed using LEED principals even though accreditation could not be attained as the existing HVAC systems in the building did not meet LEED prerequisites.
