Brittain Dining Hall at Georgia Tech

The Brittain Dining Hall Project, located at the Georgia Institute of Technology, consisted of the complete renovation of the dish-wash room including installation of new dish return line, new ceilings and new tile wall finishes. Also included in the Humphries scope was the partial renovation of the main kitchen and back-of-house areas, including all new ceilings, tile walls, electrical panel upgrades, and new air distribution. The servery area was renovated, including all new ceilings, new lighting, floor finishes, new solid surface tops, and stripping and refinishing of cabinetry. The main Dining Hall received a cosmetic renovation including new wainscot, paint throughout, floor refurbishing, and the repair of water damaged ceiling timbers. The project also included refurbishing the existing restrooms as well as repairing and waterproofing the northwest exterior façade.
