CoStar

CoStar was a 31,402 SF build-out occupying two floors in Phipps Tower. These two floors were completed simultaneously with a 10-week project schedule. The project included a 25-screen Media Wall on a curved radius, two pantries, Lutron system, MechoShades, along with Makerboards that were recessed and flush with the walls. Our team provided leadership and coordination of subcontractor trades, budget estimates, and value engineering. We also worked to coordinate with owner provided suppliers and subcontractors to make this project a success.
