The Atlanta office totals 82,273 SF across three connected floors, plus a 4,660 SF training and conferencing space on the first floor. Key program spaces include open work areas, private offices along the window line, break and amenity zones, plug-and-play meeting rooms in a variety of sizes, and an executive wing on the top floor. A central stair links the floors, guiding circulation while connecting adjacent collaboration and amenity spaces.

Experiential graphics were developed in close coordination with the graphics consultant, Take Form, to reflect HNTB’s aviation, rail, and bridge expertise. Finishes and furnishings align with the firm’s design standards while allowing for location-specific expression, including experiential graphics that celebrate the city. The executive wing, designed by HNTB’s internal design team, was documented and implemented by DLR Group. Overall, the office supports operational efficiency, team growth, and executive function while reflecting a cohesive, modern identity that enhances employee experience.
