This 52,000 square foot project at Phipps Tower was a high-end first generation corporate office project on two floors. The construction included two reception areas with custom millwork desks, two elevator lobbies, large cafés with banquette seating on each floor, multiple conference rooms and a large training room. The finishes consisted of marble floors, wood panels, wood ceilings, custom millwork doors, and aluminum door frames. Our scope included a custom signage package, supplemental HVAC system, decorative lighting package, and many custom architectural details.
