One Capital City Plaza

The One Capital City Lobby Renovation consisted of the renovation of the first floor lobby (including the mezzanine level), renovations to the building’s existing entries, and the reconfiguration of the entry point along Peachtree Street. Also included in the scope of work were three new canopies – one at each of the two main entry points, and a green “arbor” canopy along Peachtree Street to enliven the streetscape.
