The contemporary design utilizes DIRTT systems glass partitions and doors at the building perimeter to allow natural sunlight to wash the modular furniture workstations. The design employs open plenum ceilings dotted throughout the floors to instill openness and utilizes natural stone, wood flooring and bright colors to provide contrast and to bring focus to design elements.

Showroom space included tenant interior construction, approximately 4,800 SF on the first floor with approximately 1,400 SF to the mezzanine level. Showroom for corporate office headquarters showcases new products for infant and toddler production company. Project included an aggressive move date, firm budget and high expectations for quality — Humphries delivered on all.
