Smith Gambrell Russell

The Smith, Gambrell and Russell build out consisted of 5 floors totaling over 120,000 SF in a new ground up building. Construction for the project ran simultaneously to the base building construction. The project included an array of law offices and supporting areas, a formal Reception area, a formal Dining Room, staff dining area with supporting commercial pantries, and a Conference Center on 2 Floors. The buildout included a new glass rail staircase that was clad in custom wood treads. The finishes included large format stone flooring from Turkey, wood flooring, double and single glazed demountable partitions, drapery, and large spans of wall covering. The large conference center featured a Skyfold Partition that adjoined a Modernfold Glass Wall. This is the first project two walls have joined together to create 2 separate areas.
