This 35,034 total SF project included the renovation of a second generation office/warehouse space in Doraville, GA. The renovation included the demolition of an existing office space; existing entry doors werekept and new exterior windows and rooftop units were added as well as a separation wall between the office space and new warehouse addition. The mezzanine structure includes two sets of stairs with workstation and conference spaces with DIRTT movable partitions. New offices, break room, server room and restrooms were also added to the main floor.
