OneTrust

The OneTrust project consisted of a three-floor, first-generation build-out designed to establish a highly functional and modern workspace. Select project features included the construction of an interconnecting staircase linking all three levels, custom millwork elements including a hidden speakeasy, and full glass demountable wall partitions.

The project required a significant audiovisual (AV) integration package, with careful coordination to support advanced technology systems across all floors. Early and proactive planning was critical to navigate complex installations while maintaining the schedule and budget. A comprehensive value engineering effort was another key highlight, resulting in cost savings exceeding $500,000 without compromising design intent or performance.

Strong project management and close collaboration with stakeholders enabled the team to streamline decision-making and maintain momentum from start to finish. As a result, the project was successfully delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
