Georgia Pacific Restack

GP was a 550,000 sf re-stack completed over four phases. The first phase consisted of eight (8) floors being done simultaneously, the second phase consisted of seven (7) floors, the third phase consisted of another seven (7) floors and the final phase consisted of three (3) floors. We also installed new custom receptionist desks, incorporating the tenants product’s and wayfinding information, on three (3) of the floors, an IT Lab/Help Desk for their employees and a catering kitchen, with separate kiosks, that offered fresh sandwiches, fruit & snacks available for purchase at any time.

This project was 25-floors in total. The scope included a complete demolition of the entire floor, including restrooms and full asbestos abatement of existing ductwork. The build-back included all new AHU’s and air distribution, new core restrooms and new elevator lobbies. Typical floors included demountable partitions, open ceilings, audio-visual infrastructure and installation, graphics, card access lockers and specialty millwork. Also, included in the scope was a floor for meetings that included small, medium and large conference rooms and two executive floors with high-end finishes and a re-model of an existing convenience stair.
