Intercontinental Hotel Group

The IHG Restack Project at 3 Ravinia was a 22-floor build-out totaling 488,706 SF. The project team was onsite a total of 22 months in order to complete the 6-phase project. This project included two conference center floors, a new executive floor with boardroom, audio visual upgrades, and renovation of the existing IHG space in the 3 Ravinia Lobby. The build-out also included new base building restrooms on a total of 18 of the newly renovated floors. The typical floor plan consisted of open areas on the outside perimeter of the building for cubicles with conference rooms, offices, and huddle rooms in the interior of the space.
