Intercontinental Exchange

The interior scope of work included demolition of all existing materials/systems back to the original shell. Humphries installed all new infrastructure, including a new chiller plant, data center, transformers, and secondary electrical feed. Each floor includes an IDF room with dedicated Liebert units, and houses all of the Security and Data infrastructure. The state-of-the-art conference rooms are located on the north end of each floor and include room schedulers, iPad functionality, large projection screens, and motorized window shades. There are several different uses of back painted glass throughout the space for writable/magnetized surfaces for the employees to utilize. The ‘Beverage Bars’ are located outside of the conference rooms as well as seating areas including a built-in banquette and new custom solid surface tables. These include a custom monitor wall, wood accent flooring, custom lighting, and 3form signage recessed into the wood paneling. The main lobby includes new marble wall panels/flooring, lighting, as well as several security measures including turnstiles, scanners, and badge systems.
